Wash the seeds. Dry them with a paper towel and put them in a dehydrator or oven to bake it. You should heat the oven to 250oF (120oC) and bake the seeds for 2 hours, until the outer skin of the seed cracks. Eliminate the outer skin and use a knife to cut the seeds into smaller pieces. You should put them into a blender and blend them into powder form.
