Your Are Not Fat! Your Stomach Is Bloated And Here Is How To Get Rid Of It
Bloating is quite normal for many people, as most of them consider it to be a normal reaction after heavy meals. Others have become used to their bloated belly, but some people are really bothered with their condition and cannot stand their stomach that resembles a huge balloon.
There are several factors that contribute to bloating, especially if you are dealing with it most of the time:
If you do not drink enough water throughout the day, your body lacks water and tends to use any liquid on its way, and thus make you feel bloated due to fluid retention. Coffee and alcohol do not help you here. Moreover, they do exactly the opposite. If you cannot stay away from these two, the least you can do is try to drink 6-8 glasses of water.
Chronic constipation is a sign that your body needs more fiber. You need to release the gasses that keep getting trapped behind the feces. Consider increasing your fiber intake gradually, otherwise you may experience a more severe problem. Eat whole grain bread instead of white bread, enjoy freshly prepared smoothies with more berries added.
Stress controls your everyday life and health in general. This applies to bloating as well. When you are stressed, your brain cannot coordinate your digestive system properly. Bloating may also occur as a result of chronic constipation and stomach ache. Get rid of your stressful burden, and your bloated belly will become a history.
- Snacking your food too fast
Chew your food well, so the body can digest it properly. And remember, you should take smaller bites.
You may like your carbs, but they are not your best friends. Too much carbs may give you that bloated belly, so consider switching to low-carb foods. Eat more fruits and veggies, and stay away from sugary products and alcohol.
