The Anti- Cancer Miraculous Breuss Juice of Meredith Baird
Meredith explains the juice as a mixture by Austrian naturopath doctor, Rudolph Breuss, and consists of radish, beets, celery, carrots, and potatoes in specific ratios to provide a balance of basic elements required for the body’s nourishment. What is amazing about it is that it is consumed as a part of a 42-day fast for cancer treatment.
The intention of that treatment is to starve cancer cells. However, it can freely be used as a balanced, powerfully detoxifying juice. This juice can be your meal substitute when you lack lunch time. If you can find it fresh, you can use parsnip to spice the flavor, but it is not necessary. The recipe lists daikon radish, but again, if you cannot find it, you can use 2-3 regular spring radishes.
Meredith writes about this miraculous, tasty beverage in her book, Everyday Raw Detox, which is to be published soon. For those decisive to detox, this book is a valuable treasure.
Being enriched with amazing photography from Adrian Muller, enticing descriptions, and valuable information about ingredients, juicing and blending techniques, this book offers you vast variety of facts about being the best healthy version of yourself, and getting “Clean and Green in 2013.” Not expecting less than usual, this latest book is class all the way.
