Meredith Baird’s Anti-Cancer “Breuss Juice”
- 1 medium beet, washed and peeled
- 1 large celery stalk
- 1/2 organic russet potato, washed and peeled
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large parsnip
- 1 cup sliced daikon radish (or 2-3 spring radishes)
- Use your juicer to process all ingredients.
- Depending on your preference, drink the mixture strained or unstrained
- Serves 1-2.
