This is the simplest version but there are ways to modify it.
Hot peppers contain capsaicin, which gives their taste, and the same ingredient is found in creams for muscle pain, which we buy in supermarkets and pharmacies.
To prepare this cream, you will need a hot pepper, chilli(only the seeds) and cocoa butter.
Remove the seeds from peppers. In a glass jar add the cocoa butter, place the seeds and stir well.
Rub the mixture on your hands and legs if you have sore muscles, sore neck, shoulders or back. You will feel the heat and the pain will disappear.
Wash your hands after using the cream and do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth or other sensitive parts of the body because you will feel a painful heat.
You can add essential oils of peppermint and eucalyptus to the mixture.
