What will help to speed up this weight loss process is the syrup which you can prepare at home from natural ingredients that you might already have in your kitchen.
You will need the following ingredients:
- 130g fresh horseradish
- 3 lemons (preferably organic)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2cm of fresh ginger root
First, clean the horseradish and ginger and peel them, grate them or blend them in a food processor or blender. Add the lemons, but if you do not use organic ones, then drain their juice only. Then, add the cinnamon and honey. Mix all ingredients well and pour the mixture into a clean jar, close it and let it stand in the refrigerator.
Take one spoon in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening, before bedtime, for three weeks.
