Sore Throat

Combine 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, half a teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon sea salt in a glass of warm water and gargle several times throughout the day. It will relieve your sore throat and it will prevent the coughing.

Stuffy Nose
