Remove The White Patches On Your Skin – Medical Name “Vitiligo”

Vitiligo is a condition in which affected individuals deal with white patches on different parts of their skin. This is a rather unpleasant aesthetical issue, and for many it is their worst nightmare.

The appearance of white patches affects self-confidence, but science has still no answer to what causes vitiligo. Health experts say it may occur as a result of an automotive disorder in which a person’s immunity literally attacks cells that produce melanin. It is also a matter of genetic predisposition, excessive exposure to sun, chronic stress, lack of vitamin B12, superficial fungal infections like tinea versicolor, psoriasis, and eczema.

Compounds in ginger stimulate blood circulation and melanin production. Slice a fresh ginger root, and apply the slices on the affected skin area. Leave them on until they dry. Do this once or twice a day for 2 weeks. You can also juice a piece of ginger, and combine it with fresh mint leaves. Drink your spicy juice every day for several weeks.

Ginkgo Bilboa

Due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, gingko bilboa can affect the development of this condition, plus it can stimulate re-pigmentation. You need 40-80 mg three times a day. But, make sure you consult your doctor for the exact dose that would work best for you.

Apple cider vinegar

Its antifungal properties help in the treatment of vitiligo. It also aids I cases of low stomach acid that is associated with vitiligo. Combine equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water. Apply the solution on the affected skin areas twice a day for a whole month. You can also drink a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in it, preferably before your meals.

Be more careful about the foods you eat. Avoid berries, since they act as natural depigmentation agents. Eat more foods that are high in vitamin B12. This means you have to eat more spinach, cabbage, dried beans, dried figs, walnuts, and chickpeas. Consider increasing the consumption of foods rich in folic acid and zinc. You do not want to eat red meat and seafood.


Combine it with mustard oil into an effective remedy. You need 5 teaspoons of turmeric powder and a cup of mustard oil. Apply the mixture on any discolored area twice a day for about a year. You can also mix turmeric powder and neem leaves into a thick paste. Use it on the skin you are treating.


When consumed, neem cleanses blood and boosts immunity. Crush a few neem leaves and add some butter milk. Use just enough to make a paste-like mixture. Apply the paste on your white patches, and let it act until it has dried completely. Rinse well. Repeat the treatment for couple of weeks. You can also use neem oil, but make sure you mix it with a teaspoon of coconut oil first. You can use other oils as well, it does not have to be coconut oil only. Drink neem juice every day for several months, or just eat 4 neem leaves before your meals, which would be 3 times a day.

Babchi / Psoralea cory-li-folia

Soak its seeds in fresh ginger juice for 3 days, and make sure you use fresh juice every day. Rub the seeds between your hands to remove the husks. Let them dry in the sun, and then grind them into powder. Add 1 gram or a fifth of a teaspoon to a cup of milk every day, for about 40 days. You can use baby chi oil on your white patches, and then expose them to direct sunlight for 15 minutes. You can start off with a shorter duration, and then determine what time is best for you. It works well when combined with black seed oil.

Red clay

Given that red clay is rich in copper, it can restore your natural skin pigment. Combine it with fresh ginger juice, and you may want to use equal parts of both ingredients. Apply the mixture on your white patches, and leave it on until completely dry. Rinse off, and repeat the treatment every day, for 2 months.

Radish seeds

You need 25 grams of radish seeds. Grind them into fine powder, and stir in 2 teaspoons of vinegar. Apply the resulting paste on any affected skin area, and let it do its magic for about half an hour. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Repeat the treatment every day for several months.


It stimulates the production of melanin. Take a copper container, fill it with water, and let it rest overnight at room temperature. Drink the water in the morning, before you eat or drink anything. The container releases copper ions during the night, and thus supports natural production of melanin.

Coconut oil

Organic coconut oil soothes skin and relieves chronic inflammation. This provides a healthy re-pigmentation process of the skin. Apply some coconut oil onto the affected skin area three times a day for 2 weeks.
