Prepare Ginger In This Old Way and Prevent Cancer, Treat Arthritis, Reduce Cholesterol And Lower Blood Sugar levels!

- 200gr peeled and chopped ginger
- 115ml sparkling water
- 450ml filtered water
- 225gr sugar
- A few lemon slices
- A few drops of lime juice
You need to boil the water and add the ginger. Simmer the mixture on low heat for another 5 minutes. Remove it from heat and let it cool for some time. Then, mix half a cup of the ginger tea with a half a cup of sparkling water and 1/3 a cup of syrup. For better taste, you can add honey. Mix the tea well, and use the lemon slices as a garnish.
