Old Homemade Remedy: Prepare A Vitamin Antivirus Bomb And Strengthen Your Immunity
This delicious blend full of vitamins can be prepared very easily with ingredients that you can buy at the nearest “health food” shop or at the market. Normally, if possible, use homegrown products.
Ingredients you need:
- 100 g dried apricots
- 50 g aronia
- 100 g dried figs
- 200 g dried plums
- 1 medium root ginger
- 100 ml fresh lemon juice
- 100 g almonds
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g hazelnuts or pistachios
- 50 g of cranberry
- 3 tablespoons honey with propolis and royal jelly
- 250 g of honey
Put all the ingredients into a glass bowl, and chop the plums, apricots and figs. Hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts should be ground separately.
Mix it all, add the lemon juice and the ginger that you have previously cleaned and ground. Pour honey and blend it all in a blender.
Place the mixture in a glass jar and let it stand for a few days before you start consuming it. You can also give this vitamin bomb to your children older than two years, one teaspoon in the morning on a daily basis. Adults should consume a tablespoon of this mixture.
