The milk- and- green tea drink is a tasty beverage that does not create a sense of hunger and helps to cleanse the body of toxins and harmful substances. In a day, this green tea and milk diet can help you lose 4 pounds, that is, it will help you discard excess fluids from the body.

Boil the milk and allow to cool to about 70 degrees (It should be hot, not warm) and add the two tablespoons of green tea to it. Cover and leave to stand for about twenty minutes, then strain and drink a cup of it throughout the day on every two hours.
Meanwhile, drink still water. It is mandatory to drink at least 2 liters of water during the day, since this drink is a strong diuretic, and water controls the balance in the body.
