This is understandable, because none of the synthetic preparations in a pharmacy cannot replace natural products that are readily available and very effective in treating various diseases.
By preparing the “jar with vitamins” – You will satisfy not only the children’s need for sweets, but you will also strengthen the immunity of the whole family. We suggest two recipes for excellent mixtures to increase immunity. They are both remarkable and tried. It is yours to choose.
Recipe for strengthening immunity for children and adults
- 100g raisins
- 150gr nuts
- 100gr Almonds
- Peel of two lemons
- 100gr dried apricots
- 100gr Prunes
- 150-300gr Honey
If you are able, it is good to add 100g pine nuts- they are excellent for strengthening the immune system
Grind in a meat grinder: the raisins, walnuts, almonds, pine nuts and lemon peel. In the mixture, add the juice of two lemons, whose peel you have previously ground. Stir. Then, add prunes and apricots. Stir. Finally, add honey and stir again. Leave to stand in a dark place for 1-2 days.
-- For children older than 3 years- 1 teaspoon twice a day.
-- For Adults 1-2 tablespoon three times daily.
-- Store the vitamin jar in the refrigerator.
Recipe to boost immunity in adults
- 200g dried apricots
- 200gr. prunes
- 200g dried figs
- 200gr nuts
- 1 lemon
- 50ml Brandy
- 250 Grams of honey
