- 2 green apples
- 1 medium-sized beetroot
- 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
- ¼ lemon
- a thumb-sized piece of ginger root (ginger is an aphrodisiac; add less if you cannot stand its taste, but it sure gives this juice a spicy hint)
Caution: Anything more than 2 glasses a week is considered an overdose. Enjoy your drink. And your night!
