- 1 cup of Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)
- 1 lemon cut in slices
- 1 quart filtered water
At first, heat the pure maple syrup on e medium heat. Then put the filtered water in a small saucepan, and add the maple syrup inside. Now add all the other ingredients in the saucepan and heat them on a low heat. Take the saucepan off the heat after 15 minutes and strain the mixture.
Take a tablespoon of the syrup, three times a day, until you notice the improvement, or when your cough is gone. Keep the syrup in the fridge.
