It is of great importance to keep our body in the alkaline condition in order to stay healthy and to be able to fight and prevent various different diseases.
But, a lot of factors including processed foods, environmental factors, stress, all types of chemicals can have an influence on this condition, making it more acidic, or even highly acidic.

It is very important to notice when your body is too acidic. You can check your pH value by doing a saliva test using a regular pH paper. But in a case you do not have pH paper right away, you can determine by recognizing the following symptoms:
- Frequent shortness of breath
- Constant fatigue
- Muscle pain or cramps after walking short distances
The “modern” diet which is rich in unhealthy foods as caffeine, processed sugar, highly processed food and alcohol, is the main cause of chronic acidosis. Alkaline water -- Recipe:
- 1 tablespoon of Himalayan salt
- 1 organic lemon
- 2l of purified water
- 1 big glass jar
Pour the water into the glass jar. Cut the lemon into slices and add it to the water. Then, add the Himalayan salt. Close the jar and leave it for 12-24 hours at a room temperature.
Drink 3 glasses of this alkaline water, every day in the morning, on an empty stomach in order to get the best results. But, you can also drink it during the day.
