The proliferation of fungi is influenced by many factors and one should act promptly because its uncontrolled growth can seriously endanger the health.
Besides the classical therapy, you can fight Candida with change of diet. Avoid foods which are high in carbohydrates, starch, insoluble fiber, because they feed fungi.
Here’s a recipe for a salad that will keep the growth of fungi under control and will help the body to fight Candida.
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
- ½ tablespoon grated ginger
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
Grate the carrot and the white onion and mix them with ginger. Then, add the yogurt and cinnamon. Stir well and leave it for a little time. Eat this salad once a day, on a daily basis.
