  • The second point is the chest

Locate the sternum, it is long and narrow, and connects the ribs. When you find it, follow it with the fingers down until you find the end. Press its final part, and the pressure shall be towards the back. However, be careful not to press too hard. Press 20 to 30 seconds.

  • The third point is the abdomen

Using the fingers, follow the line between the navel and the pubic bone, in the middle of the abdomen. The point of pressure is in the middle of the line. Press this point with your fingers in the direction of the spine and hold 20 to 30 seconds.

  • The fourth point is on your hand

Make a fist and you will see two prominent tendons on the inside of the forearm. On your arm, close to the wrist, you will see a dent. The point of pressure is on about two widths of a thumb to the elbow, between the tendons. Hold this point for 20 to 30 seconds.
