Here’s how to prepare this healthy drink against spring fatigue:
- 3 washed oranges
- 1 Tablespoon of flaxseed oil
- 1 dl of cold water
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix them well. If you do not have a blender, squeeze the juice from the orange manually, add the oil and water and mix well.
