Preparation of Aloe Vera Gel
The preparation of this healing gel requires only few fresh and mature leaves of this herb and natural preservatives such as oil, alcohol and apple cider vinegar. Without preservatives, if you store the gel in the refrigerator, it will last about a week.
Choose the thickest aloe Vera leaf, while taking care of the others. In order to help the dark yellow mucus dry completely, leave the leaf in an upright position for 10 min.
Then, place the leaf on a flat surface, cut its side parts and the upper layer. Carefully scoop out the gel from the inside with a spoon, and if you want it to last longer, mix it with natural preservatives.
They will help it to last up to two months, but if you do not want to use preservatives, then do not remove large quantities of the natural gel, and it will thus last for 7- 14 days in the fridge.
Consume one spoon on an empty stomach daily or three times a week, and you can use it to prepare various skin masks.
