Shampoos contain very aggressive chemical compounds which in certain cases may harm health. Therefore, a better way is to opt for natural products that can help you get rid of this phenomenon.
Mix two tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of almond oil. Slowly apply the mixture on the head and gently rub the hair roots. Leave the oil for 15 minutes and then rinse your hair well.
Moreover, you can make a similar preparation with olive oil and rosemary. Add 10 drops of rosemary oil, which can be bought in a pharmacy, on a tablespoon of olive oil. After application, it is best to let the mixture act overnight and to wash your hair in the morning.
Apple cider vinegar
Another way to solve this issue is to mix the same amount of water and vinegar. Apply this product to the hair and leave to act overnight. The next day, rinse your hair with a baby shampoo.
In the case of sensitive skin, it is advisable to mix 1 dl vinegar and 4 dl hot water in a half a litre bottle. After you wash your hair, take this mixture and slowly pour it on the hair. You may feel a slight tingling, but it is quite normal. Massage the scalp, and then wash it well to avoid the smell of vinegar.
2-3 hours before washing the hair, massage the head with aloe Vera. This helps in the elimination of dandruff and strengthens the hair roots.
Chamomile, thyme and bay leaf
Chamomile soothes sensitive and inflamed skin, and therefore you can put three bags of chamomile tea in 150 ml of warm water. Leave for 10 minutes in the water, and then apply the tea to the hair roots and massage gently. It is recommended not to rinse the hair afterwards.
You can also try the method with the herb thyme, deploying 7 tablespoons of dry thyme in two cups of tea filled with hot water. Leave them covered for 10 minutes, the head. Repeat the treatment the following day, using the tea from the second cup.
