Wash a medium size egg and place it in a bowl in which you previously placed 150 ml apple cider vinegar.
Leave it to stay there for seven days. For the time, the shell of the egg will dissolve and only a thin membrane will remain that will keep the white and the yolk.
Tear the membrane apart and put the contents of the egg back into the vinegar and stir well.
Consume this mixture three times daily per 10 ml, diluted in a glass of lukewarm water.
