Heal Varicose Veins With This Natural Paste

Apple Cider Vinegar

Aloe Vera

  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup aloe vera
  • A few splashes of apple cider vinegar


Chop the aloe vera and the carrots. Put them in a blender and mix them well. While blending, add some apple cider vinegar. Continue blending until you get a creamy and smooth texture.


Apply this mixture on the legs. Then, put your feet on an elevated surface for half an hour. Then, using a cold water rinse the mixture. Repeat this method several times a day.

Also, the lack of physical activity can cause varicose veins. In order to prevent varicose veins, you need to exercise more.
