The body lotions that we constantly use are not as great as they look. Most of the top-brand lotions contain many ingredients that can be extremely toxic and dangerous.
Most dangerous ingredients in your lotion:
- Fragrance or “perfume” (the presence of hormone-disrupting phthalates)
- Benzyl alcohol (carcinogenic)
- PEG-100 stearate (contaminated with 1,4-dioxane, known for the high rates of carcinogenesis)
These commercial products are extremely harmful and can cause side effects. So, why don’t you try making your own lotion? We have a homemade lotion that is prepared from healthy ingredients and it is completely safe to use.
