Foot Detox : How to Flush Toxins From Your Body Through Your Feet

Then, check the temperature of the water, and if is not hot anymore, you can soak your feet for 15 minutes.

Unhealthy diet, mainly the consumption of saturated fats and processed foods is the reason for these toxins. The color of the water will show you if your body is full of toxins; if the water becomes darker as you soak your feet in, this indicates that there are build up toxins in your body.
