1 ¾ cups water
Ginger, peeled and sliced (1’’)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 2 drops lemon essential oil
Bring the water to a boil, and pour it in your favorite cup. Add in your ginger slices, and steep for a few minutes. Then, add the rest of your ingredients, and stir. Your Morning Detox Tea is ready. Enjoy it before you eat or drink anything in the morning.
