- 2 lemons
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
- 1 tsp. honey
Juice the lemons. Add in your cinnamon and honey.
Pour in a cup of warm water. Shake the content. To do this, you need to put all the ingredients in a glass bottle.
Gargle 1-2 tablespoons of the liquid for a few minutes. Spit it out.
