Elderly Man with Terminal Cancer Walks Out of Hospice after Treatment with Cannabis Oil

Cancer is probably the most profitable industry. We are told that cuts, burns and intoxication caused by radiation and chemotherapy actually save cancer patients.

They also say that toxic treatments increase survival rates, but this is the worst lie ever. And safety measures? These therapies are not safe at all! It is said that chemo and radiation destroy cancer while leaving healthy tissues intact. How disgraceful! Chemo and radiation kill people.

And cancer industry keeps pushing lies like this to our faces. Poisons are never good. You cannot say that one poison is both good and bad. Chemo drugs are in no way good for the body. Moreover, mainstream cancer therapies actually trigger the development of secondary cancers.

Dr. Dave Mihalovic, a naturopathic doctor who has specialized in vaccine research, cancer prevention and holistic treating of cancer. Here is what he has to say regarding chemo:

“No chemotherapy drug has ever actually cured or resolved the underlying causes of cancer. Even what mainstream medicine considers “successful” chemotherapy treatments are only managing symptoms, usually at the cost of interfering with other precious physiological functions in patients that will cause side effects down the road.”

Most people are unaware of the way chemotherapy works. Chemo drugs stimulate healthy cells to release a protein that triggers tumor growth, and cells buildup resistance to further cancer treatments.

There are three stages of the cancer treatments. Tumors respond well at the beginning, then tend to grow rapidly, and eventually became resistant to chemo drugs.

The story of Stan Rutner

Barb 77, and Stan, 80, have been sharing good and bad for 59 years. They both fought hard battles against cancer. Stan is a retired dentist, and runs a lucrative mini-storage business. He had non-Hodgkin lymphoma 25 years ago. Barb had two hard encounters with breast cancer.

Stan says:

“I just thought I has a cold, flu, type thing. That was it… I wasn’t thinking cancer at all.”

Stan received a 6-month allopathic treatment that showed to be quite aggressive. His cancer was in remission. This happened back in 1989. Stan had normal life since then, and forgot about this horrible experience. He never imagined that his cancer will come back in 2011, but as we already said, cancer usually comes back in patients who have undergone chemo. All he had was a persistent cough. Everything else was great.

He scheduled an appointment with his doctor, because that cough sure bothered him. He was first diagnosed with earl stage pneumonia. But, once his pneumonia cleared, Stan had some unusual spots on his lungs. He did a few more tests, and it turned out that the odd spots are cancer nodes in his lungs. And that was not all…

The final diagnosis looked pretty much like this: Stage 4 lung cancer with metastasis in the brain.

Stan remembers how the doctor spilled it out, “You’re in deep shit,’ Stan added. “Yeah, he didn’t sugar coat it at all.” Things got worse when Stan was told that his cancer has metastasized to his brain.

Stan’s life got worse

Stan did not took chemo and radiation well. He lost weight, experienced chronic nausea and fatigue. The man was completely wasted.

Barb explains: “After that he was wiped out. He was very thin. So we finished radiation to his brain on June 25, and on July 13 he entered the hospital for the first time with radiation pneumonitis (inflammation of the lungs due to radiation therapy), so pneumonia. There were three hospital visits during that time, and on the third they kept him for a week and started him on oxygen 24/7. And then he went into palliative care.”

Stan was told that he would not live for more than a few weeks. He was ordered to take refuge in a hospice. He did so on August 12, 2011.

His family dig out the most effective alternative treatments to ease Stan’s condition and help him go through it all. Reiki energy treatment, acupuncture, creative visualization. Nothing helped. Barb found these very useful at the time she was fighting breast cancer. But, that was not the case with Stan. He kept ‘sinking,’ and he had less time with every minute that had passed.

Corrine, Stan and Barb’s daughter, was about to get married. Her soon-to-be husband, John Malanca, researched potential alternatives, and got to cannabis oil.

Barb said:

Corinne and John were becoming interested in medicinal marijuana but we were concerned that Stan was wasting away. He had lost so much weight and so we were anxious to get his appetite improved and help him with the nausea. So Corinne suggested daytime cannabis capsule infused with coconut oil; they’re yellow capsules that he started taking. He started taking those in early November of 2011 and in the beginning, he took about a third of a capsule in the morning, and it was about a week or two later that he was able to give up the extra oxygen that he had had 24/7.

Stan was eager to try cannabis. He knew that there was nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

He said: “No hesitation at all. Here I’m dying and getting nothing to change the course of things and so this thing has a pretty good track record in—what do you call it—in a non-medical world, so hey let’s try it. Got nothing to lose.”

The miraculous turnaround

In a couple of weeks of his cannabis treatment, Stan’s condition improved in every aspect. He gained weight, slept better, and definitely felt stronger. He did not use his walker anymore. He did not use his oxygen and took exercise classes. Barb witnessed a miracle. After a few months, Stan got an MRI to see where he was going.

On January 27, 2013 we received the results of Stan’s brain MRI in an email from his oncologist, stating simply: “IMPRESSION: No evidence of recurrent disease.” The lung cancer that had metastasized to his brain in the summer of 2011 (and nearly taken his life) was GONE! The doctor calls him a miracle man. We are deeply grateful to his “team” of doctors, friends and family, but we’ll always believe that cannabis turned the tide.
