If you feel bloated, and you want to get rid of accumulated water in the body, to detoxify and lose some weight quickly, prepare this simple tea of five ingredients.
In a pot, pour 1 liter of water, add a smaller bunch of chopped parsley and four bags of green tea. Leave the ingredients to boil together and then remove the pot from the fire and cover it.
After the tea will stay aside and cool, drain it, and then add 30 grams of grated ginger, 2 squeezed lemons and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to it.
If you want to sweeten it, add 1 tablespoon of honey.
Pour the tea in a glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator. Drink it cold during the day.
