- 8 cups water
- 1 small teaspoon grated ginger root
- fresh cucumber medium size, peeled and cut into thin slices
- 1 medium sized lemon, cut into thin rounds
- 12 green mint leaves
- Mix all ingredients in a jug
- Put it in the refrigerator to stay all night
- Drain and drink them during the day.
