- 3 hands fresh spinach
- 1 cup of strawberries or raspberries
- 1 cucumber (if it is home-grown, be sure to use it unpeeled)
- Juice of one orange or juice of half a lemon (some kind of citrus)
- Fresh leaves of mint
Clean all fruits and vegetables under strong running water, then, in a blender, add all ingredients, except the lemon or orange juice and the mint leaves. Stir it all until the mixture becomes liquid, add the juice of citrus fruits you have chosen and put it all in a cup. Optionally, add mint leaves and a few ice cubes.
