Detoxification and weight loss are mutually related processes, since all the toxic elements from the surrounding are accumulated in our fatty deposits. Toxins that pollute our body form fatty tissues and prevent the organism to defend itself and boost its immunity.
The recipe is quite simple and can be prepared at home. It can also be named ”morning elixir” since when consumed in the morning, it provides the best effects. It contains only a few calories, but provides a lot of energy.
Initially, you will need a large container with a spout, where you will re-fill water three to four times before replacing apples and cinnamon.
- 1 apple sliced into thin pieces (all types of apples may help, however we suggest the types Fuji and Honey Crisp because they have sweet taste)
- Cold water
- 1 fresh cinnamon stick
- Large pitcher
Place the apple pieces down in the container and keep a few for your cup later on. Add the cinnamon stick, add ice in half of the container and pour water in the remaining part.
The resulting water is delicious! If you want to feel a stronger taste, you should put more apple pieces or thinner sliced pieces. Store in the refrigerator for maximum 3 days.
The best dosage is 1 cup prior to a meal.
