- You skip body exercises when you’re tired
Daily exercise improves your strength and endurance, helps the cardiovascular system and affects the delivery of oxygen and nutrients through the tissues. Next time when you return home tired, resist the desire to immediately lay on the couch and instead, walk around the neighborhood -- you will not regret.
- You do not drink enough water
Even if you are dehydrated only a bit, it will immediately affect your energy levels. When you do not drink enough water, the blood get thicker, your heart pumps harder and the rate at which oxygen and nutrients reach the muscles and organs gets decreased.

- You are a caffeine- addict
