- 10 stalks fresh parsley (without the root)
- A liter of homemade red or white wine
- Two tablespoons wine vinegar
- 300 grams natural honey.
Take ten fresh stalks of parsley with the leaves and put them in one liter of pure natural wine and add 1 -2 tablespoons pure wine vinegar in it. Cook it for 10 minutes on a low heat (be careful, It can begin to foam). Afterwards, add 300 g. real bee honey and cook on a low heat for another 4 minutes.
