Many items that are supposed to improve your quality of life can actually have a completely opposite effect on you. To avoid this, pay attention to the proper way of use and thus reduce the possibility of a detrimental effect on your health.
- Shower sponge

- Air fresheners
When the dry air will dry your skin and the airways, an air freshener brings great relief. However, if not maintained properly, it becomes a source of various pathogenic fungi that it sprays in the air. Depending on the model you have, you must change the filters and the water. Never leave the water in the freshener after use because it accumulates mold. Empty the appliance thoroughly and fill it with fresh water before use. During the preparation, food enters it, builds up there and creates a bacterial layer. Therefore, after the preparation of sweets, do not forget to detach the handle from the head and to wash each part well.
