  • ½ kg of organic carrots
  • 3-4 tablespoons of raw honey

Directions:

You should dice the carrots into small pieces. Place them in a stainless steel pot and fill the pot with water. Bring the water to boil then simmer until the carrots soften. Remove them from the pot but make sure to keep the leftover water. Use a fork or spoon to mash them. Then, mix the raw honey with the carrot-water and add it in a blender together with the mashed carrots. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. It is recommended to store it in an airtight container in the fridge for no more than 3 days.

Usage:

You should consume this syrup every day. Take 3-4 spoons of it a day. After the first or second day, you will experience significant improvements!
